Terms of Service

Welcome to Stephan Curren. These terms apply to every order placed through stephancurren.shop. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them carefully. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.

1. Who we are

2. How a contract is formed

Product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, we tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes and import duties for consumers. There are no hidden charges.
  • The prices shown already reflect our 25th anniversary reduction. Quantity discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 15% off for 2 watches, 20% for 3, and 30% for 4 or more. No code is needed.
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
  • If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price.

4. Products

Every watch we sell is an original Curren, supplied with its dial, engraved caseback and documentation. We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour can appear because of screen settings, and measurements may vary slightly. Our 25th anniversary collection is a limited run and availability is not guaranteed once a model sells out.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Shipping is free and tracked worldwide.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may cancel free of charge before dispatch. After delivery you have 30 days to return your order under our Return and Refund Policy. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, explained in full in that policy.

7. Guarantee and warranty

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery, free of charge. In addition, every watch carries our own 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage beyond the stated resistance of the model, or batteries.

8. Use of this website

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation, and not to place orders fraudulently. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, photographs, videos and design, belongs to Stephan Curren or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

We aim to resolve every complaint directly and quickly. Please always contact us first at support@stephancurren.shop. If we cannot reach an agreement, consumers may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution body available in their own country. We are not obliged to participate in such proceedings and are not currently affiliated with a specific body.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
